Consider all relevant, and recent market activity. This source of information will form the basis of our plan. We need to understand how your house compares to others in your neighbourhood.

Give us a guided tour of your home room by room, inside and out.  Once we understand the preparation you are supporting the sale of your house with, we can provide a value range to start, and this is reviewed periodically.

The Plan

We prepare a common-sense plan based on current market data under the conditions we will face, and we base our expectations on real market data. We create a narrative for potential Buyers. Then follow relevant MLS activity daily.

Listing Process

As a full-service Real Estate Brokerage, we carefully manage the details as the listing plays out. Manage viewings, collecting feedback and comparables that activate, getting ready for the offer. We review this activity weekly together. We adjust our plan only when necessary. In a slow market, patience is key.

Be patient and coachable. The new normal is a market that can
take 30-60 days to see results.  Understand that current market conditions favour Buyers, and make sure this is reflected in your plan.  Be realistic in your expectations, and you will be rewarded with a quicker sale for a higher selling price.  Assume potential buyers are well represented.
