Successful sellers today are pricing their homes as close to market value as possible, and negotiating hard. Buyers have no patience for highballs under current conditions.

We review this activity weekly together. We adjust our plan only when necessary. In a slow market, patience is key.

Be patient and coachable. The new normal is a market that can
take 30-60 days to see results. Understand that current market conditions favour Buyers, and make sure this is reflected in your plan. Be realistic in your expectations, and you will be rewarded with a quicker sale for a higher selling price. Assume potential buyers are well represented.
