Real–flesh and blood people–are BURIED beneath these snow heaps, existing without shelter, with nowhere to go; Hurting, Hungry & Homeless! These are human beings like you and me … under different circumstances it could be any one of us …
All of us at Red Door Realty are deeply disturbed by what we see on London’s streets. Growing up in London, I never, ever, saw anyone existing like this. Now, seeing the extent of homelessness … we must act! So, Red Door is once again asking for your charity to help put an end to homelessness!

#2: The MOST NECESSARY??? Title Insurance???
This issue is top of mind since CBC reported on a criminal ring operating in Toronto. You know the story. Dozens of houses mortgaged, or in some cases even sold, without the owners knowledge or consent. Incredible but true. Fortunately, insurance’ is available to mitigate this risk. Luckily, in London Middlesex, title insurance has been available since the 1990’s. Title insurance typically covers a number of title defects including frauds like these. My advice, every homeowner should confirm they have title insurance. If it wasn’t available when you purchased your house, look into getting it now. Call your Lawyer today! Title Insurance is so inexpensive … it’s a steal!!

When you access my TikTok account you will get STRAIGHT TALK! I promise to give YOU the TRUTH—not some wishy-washy politically correct-hype—NO SIR!! That kind of message is useless because it devolves into a—“hope I don’t hurt your feelings bafflegab” that does nothing to edify your knowledge of what is actually going on behind the scenes in Real Estate! You need the TRUTH not speculation! So—without rudeness or condescension—using TikTok I will expose utter gibberish for what it is and then kindheartedly correct the misguided misinformation. If necessary I will take on every politician regardless of their political stripe when they speak nonsensical psychobabble! Heck I will even take on my own Real Estate Board if they go offside! So for TikTokers—consider me politically agnostic! I’ll praise what’s true—while castigating the bombastic insanities of self-serving yo-yos … regardless of political stripe. Nothing personal!! Just observations.
