About Leo Mirtitsch
I first met Leo in November of 2010. He had a property listing; I had a buyer. The negotiations were so interesting, we became the best of friends. Over the years I have come to rely on his experience and knowledge to provide additional perspective when necessary. Leo has a background in Corporate Banking and Finance with over 40 years’ experience in Real Estate as a Broker/Owner, a Mortgage Broker and a Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA, P.App, CRF, REI, RE Broker). Leo retired in December 2021 but makes himself available as an advisor to review & discuss residential properties of interest, with an emphasis on how Banks & Mortgage Lenders assess property value, and establishing market value ranges for listing and purchasing of residential properties.
